gRPC basics template could not be imported

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

When creating a new collection with gRPC basics template, it throws error "could not import template". this could be reproduced by another team mate. It does not happen on other templates.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create New Collection, select View more templates
2. Search for gRPC basics, and select
3. Click Use Template
