Admin Role must have the ability to manage passwords and to enable/disable other accounts

Hi there!, I just have installed postal for my organization, and as far as I could read, test and experiment, there's no option to admin users to manage passwords, like setting some at mail creation, or to temporarily disable/re-enable users without deleting them or losing mails on those accounts. It would be a great feature to modify and manage users through postal CLI and UI. (Maybe as GitLab on premise solution does, could be great)
