Describe the bug
The used org.gnome.Platform 44 is end-of-life, so the flatpak package should be migrated to a supported gnome platform version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install portfolio-performance on Linux via flatpak. Maybe the message already appears during installation
or run flatpak update if the application is already installed

Expected behavior
No warning from flatpak
