Polywit version checks

  • I have checked that the issue still exists on the latest versions of the docs on main

Documentation problem

Adding context and implementation details for:

  • Validator
  • FileProcessor
  • WitnessProcessor
  • TestHarness

Suggested fix for documentation

There doesn't exist any functionality as of yet for implementation. Adding this really help with people bringing in new validator implementation suggestions for people new to the codebase.
