DAOS will not autodetct fuse-mounted DAOS as daos.

see https://daosio.atlassian.net/browse/DAOS-15304 for more information

if DAOS cannot advertise as DAOS, we could punch through the ADIO abstraction and call duns_resolve_path up in src/mpi/romio/adio/common/ad_fstype.c , maybe in romio_statfs
