Feature Request: The ability to Tag specific instances of Operations, Workflows, Runs, etc

Once you have done significant works in Plynx, it is a lot like a git repo which has multiple versions of Operations, Workflows, Runs, etc. It would be nice if the user could Tag these with custom names, similar to Git Tags. Then, to find a previous run that was interesting, they could search tag: superawesomeresult in the search box instead of scrolling through pages of identical looking results with only mongo ObjectIds to differentiate them.
