Add Logic Hash Versioning

The following PR updates the logic hashing utility: #93

So that this change doesn't create hashes that can be mixed up with hashes generated by the original function, I will add a versioning prefix to the hashes generated by the new function. This will also facilitate any changes that will occur with the build and release of 3.0.0.
