Describe the bug
Links for discussion items in a listing block are broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new listing block
Filter by type: "Discussion Item"
Save
On the view page, click on any listing item
404 error

Expected behavior
Go to the content page, and link to the correct discussion item
