Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you don't have an OpenAI key and don't want AI suggestions it's a distraction having a lot of UI space dedicated to a feature that's not being used.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a CLI flag to allow disabling "Advanced Options" and any mention of suggestions or optimizations from the report and just present the results.

An alternative would be to only enable the UI elements if a valid OpenAI key has been entered.
