Editorial History

The editorial history page should be linked from the Editorial Masthead page.

Editorial History should appear as a link on Editorial Masthead (at the end of editors listing and before the editorial board members), and not in the Navigation Menu under About.

Note: because we currently have no solution for editorial board members, the link is placed after the editors listing and "Peer Reviewers" part.

It should list all ended editorial masthead services i.e. all masthead roles as well as uses that were active and are not active any more in those masthead roles and that have accepted to be listed on masthead.
Users are listed with following information: full name, affiliation, start date - end date, and orcidIcon (if ORCID authorized).
Reviewers should not be listed on the Editorial History page.

JII plugin should be able to overwrite the masthead users -- generally, a user can opt-out of being displayed on masthead, but this does not guilt for JII users -- according to JII all users in the masthead roles need to be displayed (and cannot opt-out).
