In OJS, the outstanding editorial task automatic email can be sent to authors.

Describe the bug
The problem occurs with a user that have both author and Invited editor role. No submission was assigned to the user as invited editor but they have a submission as an author. It is for this submission that the user received the outstanding editorial task automatic email that mentionned that reviewer were late on the user submission.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Give both author and invited reviewer role to a user (with a valid email address)
2. Make a new submission as this user
3. Send the submission to the review stage
4. Invite a reviewer to the submission and ensure to change the end date to respond.
5. Wait for the automatic outstanding task email to be sent (I am not sure for the frequency here)
6. The notification should be sent at the user email address.
