I'm using Nova 1.13.4, Rosa 1.13.0 and Style Manager 2.2.1

Temp fix

.novablocks-header--sticky .c-branding,
.novablocks-header--mobile.sm-variation-1 .c-branding {
    --logo-default-opacity: 1;
    --logo-inverted-opacity: 0;
}
