fixing the tun0 ip and subnet for client #1819

Hello,

this is present in my

/etc/pivpn/openvpn/setupVars.conf

pivpnDEV=tun0
pivpnNET=10.100.100.32
subnetClass=28

but it somehow keep getting the default adress :
tun0 UNKNOWN 10.143.8.1/24 fe80::9ca2:c00e:f613:2629/64

any idea ?
