[Feature]: add a range slider (2 headed slider)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I coundn't find a slider for HA anywhere which implements the definition of ranges. Use cases are obvious and widely applicable.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement it in lovelave-mushroom. This would make this package even more attractive.

Can you provide a use-case ? I don't see a domain that can use that feature.
It can be used for target temperatures for climate but it already has been discussed here : #107

Use case: A battery to be charged in the range of 20-80% of its capacity.
