[Bug]: climate with Netatmo not working #1396
Comments
Can you try with the tile card and the thermostat card? It looks like a netatmo integration issue, not a mushroom issue. |
Try calling climate.turn_off service in dev tools targeting your entity : https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/developer_services/ Also what integration are you using? A custom one from HACS or an official one? |
Hi! I also have a Smarther 2 Netatmo themostat. It has no 'off' mode, only 'frost protection' one. |
What integration are you using? |
The official one : Netatmo |
Requirements
Current Behavior
I have a Mushroom Climate card configured on a lovelace dashboard; the card can manage a climate entity that is a Btcino Smarther 2 Netatmo themostat, when I click on the card instead of opening a popup to manage the entity i get this error: "Invocazione del servizio climate/turn_off non riuscita. 400 - Bad request - In room 1534733980, property /therm_setpoint_mode: should be equal to one of the allowed values (21) when accessing 'https://api.netatmo.com/api/setstate'". If use the standard climate card the popup is working.
Expected Behavior
A popup should open in order to manage the entity
