I wanted to express my gratitude for your outstanding software! I truly appreciate its functionality and the excellent support it offers, making it incredibly user-friendly.
However, I've encountered a slight issue while using a Raspberry Pi 4+ with a Canon 700D. The preview image tends to be somewhat jittery, and there's a noticeable delay between the countdown reaching zero and the actual image capture. Consequently, there are instances where the user has already moved by the time the picture is taken for the next shot. Despite adjusting the image size to its lowest setting, unfortunately, the problem persists.
I had considered upgrading to the new Raspberry Pi 5, hoping it would resolve this issue. However, I discovered that the preferred OS for Pibooth is Buster, which, regrettably, is incompatible with the Pi 5.
I'm curious to know if there are plans to support the Raspberry Pi 5 in the near future, or if there are no such intentions for an upgrade.
Much thanks!

There is a plan to support latest OS and as a consequence PI 5. It is followed by #540 but to be honest I have no idea on when we will be able to release it.
