Expected behavior

The alert messages for success/error should not need the page to be scrolled to be visible.

Actual behavior / bug

When you insert new Static DHCP Leases, the page needs to be scrolled to the top to read the alert, but the static leases are inserted on the bottom of the page, creating an uncomfortable user experience.
