The PECL/http documentation has been removed long ago, and is now at https://mdref.m6w6.name/http. So it is to be expected that the page is not there.
It is, however, still wrong that we don't signal that (404 Not found or 410 Gone would be appropriate status codes). This would need to be addressed in the web-php repository.
