ability to set imagesetinterpolation #417

Using GD 2.1.1 with PHP 5.6.6, the image has it's colors slightly changed. (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28950162/imagerotate-changes-original-images-color for details). This problem is solved by using imagesetinterpolation. Is there a way to set this same option while using Imagine?
