Any working example how to work with TOPICs?

I saw tutorial here: https://www.rabbitmq.com/tutorials/tutorial-five-php.html
It's strange, but I didn't succeed to run this code.

It seems, that publisher is not binding any queue to exchange. Is that how it should be?
When I tried to do the same in web-interface of RabbitMQ, I'm getting
I've created an exchange with type 'topic' and when I'm trying to publish message there, I'm receiving the following error: "Message published, but not routed. "

In example here I don't see any bindings in publisher code.

Can anyone provide me any working example with TOPIC type (publisher/consumer)?

Ok, I just need to bind queue to exchange. Now it works.
