Can't close the keyboard dialog on android

I can't seem to lose focus of the keyboard dialog when testing the v2.0.0-dev-preact branch. I used to be able to tap out of focus if I selected outside the text area but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Using the return button also doesn't seem to do anything.

The connect button is also out of view because the keyboard dialog covers it up.

I also noticed on iOS, there's a little done button on top of the keyboard overlay that closes it but not so on android.

Attempted to make this a bit better with phonegap/topcoat-preact@b2c6719 but there will be more to do...

I am going to put in a temporary fix while we either wait for someone else to fix the above or I do.
