Related to #142, but certainly helpful for any client-side debugging of the dashboard.

Someone knowledgeable about loading sourcemaps via webpack should feel free to contribute a PR, otherwise I will figure it out eventually :)

If the sourcemap is required to be a separate resource, it should be loaded as an @external_resource in the LayoutView.
