I'm wondering why wft4galaxy is rewriting the comparator functions. Imho tool tests and workflow tests are not so different conceptually and you could benefit a lot if you use the same definitions as Galaxy tools use. I assume you will end up in a long run with a very similar set of functions so it would be great to share them. One way for example is to depend on galaxy-lib and reuse these components.
