Hi,

The phlex install generator assume the new default importmaps are present and include the javascript_importmap_tags in this template lib/generators/phlex/install/templates/application_layout.rb

Maybe we can check if importmap is present on the rails app or add a flag --skip-importmaps in the phlex installer
