outdated ims apk in moto devices

Current Behavior:

in ims features, it shows old QC ims apk that doesnt work instead of new working ims apk in moto devices

Describe the bug

instead of the old ims apk, it should have the new ims apk showing specifically made for moto devices
new apk = "IMS APK for QC Moto Pre-S vendor devices" smth like that
it used to show in Android 13 gsis but not now in 14

To Reproduce

1. Go to treble settings
2. Click on ims features
3. Scroll down to install ims apk
4. See error shows old ims apk instead of new

Expected behavior

volte doesnt work because of old apk, still i have the new apk stored in sdcard. i can share it but cant here
