Improve the VM manager update behavior #637

From the Pharo meeting: It is not always easy to understand what the update button is doing, especially when we did not select any VM.

Possibilities:

Clicking on update with no VM selected could update every VM (asking confirmation?)
We could have update all on top and little update buttons on the right of each VM line to update one VM?
