Copy column from one table to another?

Hi,

is there a way to copy a column from one table to another?

My usecase is that I need to use versioning (https://github.com/nearform/temporal_tables) on all my tables and that means every table needs to have the same column sys_period.

Is there a way for me to copy a column to another table?
