API keys are set in the App.xaml file (see sample windows phone 7 app for details). see Wiki pages for more details.. Using this framework is completely free, there's no catch other than I'd like to get a notification about it in some form (email, twitter etc). please note: this framework is a work in progress and should therefore be considered "beta" status.
