relation prediction

As specified by you in READ me file, relation labels need to be included in order to predict relations. I have made changes in the proposal layer, including num_rel and adding another output in "roi-data" layer, rel_label in prototxt file. Could you specify what else needs to be modified so that a newly trained model can predict relations between objects/ or provide a sample working prototxt file? Along with obj class, attributes.
