I have read the corresponding chapter of the document (http://peridyno.com/zh/topics/postprocessing/), but I don't seem to have found how to export simulation data. Thanks!

You can find some existing tools in IO (https://github.com/peridyno/peridyno/tree/master/src/IO/Cuda) to help you export files such as obj. For other data formats, you may need write your customized node.
