Pentaho data integration 9.3

I am trying to convert a string value to Date. We took
the Date in this format: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss

In pentaho the is time 08:09 but in our Org it is showing 01:09 am. The time gap is 7hours ....it is showing the error.......Please Does any one know this error? We tried in different formats but there is no result.
