Feature Request: I want to be able to host an instance of SubPlayer for my friends that's pre-configured and ready to use. As such, I need to be able to specify the server URI and login credentials via configuration (ideally, as Docker environment variables).

That's a good idea!

Let me think about its viability and how it could be implemented and I'll work on it whenever I have some free time again
