Rotation filter preview and streaming size not the size #1247

In the current sample app

Start the demo app
Select OpenGl RTMP button
Select 3 dots menu
Select Filters
Select Rotation
Note the size of the preview
Now select Start Stream button
The preview is smaller than before streaming

In summary: When using Rotation filter and streaming the preview and streaming size is smaller therefore loses FOV.

Anyone have this problem?
