It is not working please help

pure AngularJS v1.5.0

same problem with ngCordova

PS: please notice that plugin link for installation doesn't work too

I also can't get this working with ngCordova.

I was trying it on the browser, not sure what that would even do.
I get an error
angular.js:13550 ReferenceError: ProgressIndicator is not defined

On the Android phone the screen doesn't load correctly (same thing it does on the browser). not sure if I can debug that any.
