refresh option

i like to ask you to re open issue refresh option #13
as you said yourself :
That does seem like a decent idea though, having buttons that select specific sets of options.
i agree. it would be nice to have a button beside "select all" and "none" to select specific sets of options.

Ditto, I am loading new select options. Quite simple, options selected by user, saved to database, and reloaded when that user is selected. It goes into the underlying select fine, but does not refresh on the tree-multiselect. And no, there is nothing in your readme that even remotely explains how to get it to refresh
