Now that the plugin supports GHCi and Intero, it probably shouldn't be called intero-neovim.

What should the new name be?

For what it's worth, I kind of like that it's called intero-neovim:
I imagine that people will hear about "intero," see "Intero for Emacs"
on the landing page, and immediately think "ah, I wonder if there's
Intero for Vim." intero-neovim is the first result for that search.

Though I agree that exposing "intero" in the name is somewhat of a leaky
abstraction. And it's a similar problem to the Java / JavaScript naming
debacle and the years of confusion it wrought.

If we pick a new name, we should still make it easy to find this plugin
for those coming from an "Intero for Vim" mindset (this might mean just
mentioning it early in the README).

Also: if we get a cool new name, maybe we should get a cool new logo 😅

That makes sense!

I ought to see if I can get the official Intero project to link to this one, as well. That would help with discovery.

A logo would be great 😄 unfortunately I have 0 skill with visual art and can't contribute on that 😅

What is this project, really?

It's a Haskell REPL-based IDE.

What about haskell-repl-ide.nvim

That's a little clumsy

What about haskell-reploid.nvim

That... is a portmanteau, Megaman reference, and pun. Is it taken?

Nope!

Ok, I'm kinda into this 😂

@owickstrom @rdnetto @lwm pinging y'all for input -- how do you feel about haskell-reploid.nvim for a new project name? Feel free to drop a 👍 or 👎 on this comment as a voting mechanism

Given that we’re considering supporting Vim, is it worth dropping the .nvim?

I'm pretty indifferent on names - of the hard problems in CS, I'd rather deal with cache invalidation. :P

No objections to haskell-reploid (or variants thereof) from me.
