Issue Description

When no real bootnode exists, then light-client connects anyway "somewhere".

Steps to reproduce the issue

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open the extension settings in bootnodes tab and deactivate all bootnodes
  2. Add a fake bootnode (copy-paste a real one - one with wss - and change 1 or 2 characters)
  3. restart chrome and make sure that all bootnodes but the fake one is active
  4. open demo app (https://paritytech.github.io/substrate-connect/demo/) and see that polkadot will still connect
