Add ability to draw over screenshots #64

Just something simple for the first iteration, to enable highlighting the important parts of the screenshot:

In the media preview dialog, but only for image content
One color, a save and an undo button (enabled / disabled dynamically)
Pressing the save button will overwrite the image file.
