Support the search function

WebCite has a search feature at http://www.webcitation.org/query.php which allows you to find an existing archive for a given URL, should one exist.

It would be great if webcitation would have a search (or query) method too, through which you could programmatically search for existing archives.

The output of the method should be False (if an error is returned, which happens when no archives exist) or a list of format [archive_url, archive_datetime] (if multiple archived copies are found, perhaps only return the latest datetime).
