Left Side menu not visible, when opening the page in phone

I created a GitHub page with leap day theme. But when I opened the same page in the phone, the left side menu is not coming

Just realized this is a serious issue on my new site. Not a CSS heavyweight. Did override a few things in the _layours/default.html to customize it.
