Homebrew only installs Darwin based binaries #85

Current Homebrew releases are only installing darwin based binaries of pachctl even on non-darwin platforms. Current doc recommends using Homebrew for install on Linux and MacOs https://docs.pachyderm.com/2.4.x/getting-started/local-deploy/docker/#before-you-start

But only the MacOs (darwin) Binary is available in the Tap.

Multiple people are hitting this issue. It seems to affect the Windows setup using WSL as well. pachyderm/pachyderm#8480
