[idea] add support for downloading multiple files at once

Hi, just thought about how awesome it would be if you could download several files simultaneously.

@tobias-p thanks for your feedback. Yea, I've considered that, but I wonder about the potential for someone inconsiderate to change the number or threads to something exorbitant, spiking their traffic, and raising a huge flag. Maybe we can add it with a disclaimer and hope for the best. What are your thoughts?

Well, I just thought about the possibility to download up to 4 files simultaneously, just because sometimes the code file is big but the rest of the book is pretty small. Another example could be downloading the whole book files (pdf, epub, mobi, code, jpg, info) at once.
Downloading several books at the same time (with even more than 4 or 5 downloads at the same time) wasn't in my mind when I posted the idea ;)
