Request: Load artists from Spotify that are followed by the user

I connected successfully with Spotify, but it seems that the lists of artists only shows artists that are in one of my playlists.
Unfortunately, I do not use playlists that much, but I do 'follow' a lot of artists.

There's a specific Spotify API call that can be used to get all those artists someone follows:
https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/following

I just checked the source code and it seems this one isn't used yet.

I would love it if this can be added, because I use a mpc script to search and play an artist, but often it doesn't work because this artist is never added to my lists of artists because they're not in my short list of playlists...

Thanks for the suggestion, it sounds sensible. @chme would be the best to look into it, so I'll leave this open for him.
