[Sharing NG] Use share date coming from the API

The Web client currently ignores share dates by not using them. The following steps must be taken to make them work again:

• Extend Share interface by a share date property
• Move sdate property from Resource to ShareResource
• Adjust buildIncomingShareResource and buildOutgoingShareResource to use the correct share date property
• Adjust buildCollaboratorShare and buildLinkShare to use the correct share date property
• Remove sorting hack when adding new links (https://github.com/owncloud/web/blob/master/packages/web-pkg/src/composables/piniaStores/shares/shares.ts#L119)
• Make link sorting work (https://github.com/owncloud/web/blob/master/packages/web-app-files/src/components/SideBar/Shares/FileLinks.vue#L179)
• Add share date to ListItem.vue (https://github.com/owncloud/web/blob/master/packages/web-app-files/src/components/SideBar/Shares/Collaborators/ListItem.vue#L339)
