[QA] Apply button missing for watermark text field #419

Seen with richdocuments 2.6.0 RC2 running on server 10.8.0

Open the admin settings, additional section.

There is an instruction, how to save the watermark text.

Expected behaviour: Have an Apply button. No instruction needed.

(Also seen in richdocuments 2.5.0, thus not a regression.)
