Does this disable the notification for oC core updates only? Or for apps as well? |

From the failing tests, it looks like update notifications include app updates as well... As we don't rebuild/update/ship new owncloud-complete tarballs on app releases, it's IMO important that users get notified about app updates. |

On QNAP we don't want to offer any ownCloud Core updates through any mechanisms except the QNAP Store.
Fixes owncloud/qnap-packaging#98 by removing the possibility to update ownCloud Core via the admin UI.
