Bug report

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a folder tree with some image(s) in images/sub
  2. switch to gallery and view images/sub
  3. select + Hide album

Expected behaviour

The image file(s) are no longer displayed, but I can click the top level or images folder breadcrumbs to navigate to a higher-level folder.

Actual behaviour

The image file(s) are no longer displayed - good.
The higher-level folder breadcrumbs are not enabled. I cannot navigate anywhere. I need to switch to "Files" to get somewhere.

Server configuration

Operating system:
Ubuntu 18.04
Web server:
PHP dev server
Database:
mySQL
PHP version:
7.1
cloud server: Nextcloud or ownCloud
ownCloud
cloud version: (see admin page or version.php)

And how are you supposed to "unhide" an album?
I can go to "Files" and navigate to the folder, show hidden files, and delete the .nomedia file. But that is for nerds.

@phil-davis - is this a new bug or a regression? if not a regression this needs to be considered for the next development sprint.

Just stuff that I noticed while clicking buttons that I saw. I don't expect it is a regression, just something that has not been reported. Nothing "breaks", it is just usability for the Hide album button.
