Unable to delete thumbnails from owncloud server #725

Steps to reproduce

Logged as admin user
Execute following command: sudo -uwww-data /var/www/owncloud/occ gallery:delete-thumbnails --all
Following error message comes: [Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\CommandNotFoundException] There are no commands defined in the "gallery" namespace.

Actual behaviour

Unable to delete thumbnails from server. Error comes

cloud server: ownCloud

cloud version: 9.0.3

Same here. Read somewhere that that's a beta feature. Can someone comment on that?
