Video can only be played or paused but the start point not set (1.0.4)

When opening a video, you can play and pause it, but you cant set a (new) startingpoint (shift timeline)
I have tested it with web-optimized (=instant play, no download necessary) mp4 videos.
In full screen moving the timeline does nothing, in small screen the video always restarts from the beginning.

To double check if that would be principly possible, I opened the file directly via the browser and I can shift the timeline as I want to have it.
