Many modules have aliases for convenience, e.g., Owl.Dense.Matrix is an alias for Owl_dense_matrix. Whereas others do not, e.g., Owl_stats_prng is not available as Owl.Stats.Prng.
I was wondering if this was a deliberate design decision (for example, Owl.Dense.Matrix is used way more than Owl_stats_prng, so no need for a Prng alias), or whether all the modules should eventually have aliases.
If you think they should have aliases, is it something you would be interested to have pull requests for?
